Although we request credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation,
we never charge before you arrive to the hotel, unless we have to apply the following cancellation fees.
Cancellation conditions High Season
Holy week, from June, 15th to September, 15th, Conxemar and “special” dates (New Year`s Eve, Arribada, Public holidays…)
No penalty for cancellations received 7 days before arrival date
Those cancellations received within the last 7 days before arrival date will be charged for the whole stay with a máximum of three nights´ room rate.
Cancellation conditions Low Season
Other dates
No penalty for cancellations received 3 days before arrival date
Penalty for those cancellations received within the last 3 days before arrival date will be 3 nights´room rate.
In an event of No show, total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.
