Frequent questions
It is very easy, safe and free to park in our street. The only days it becomes a bit crowded are during weekends in summertime when it is sunny, as we are very close to the beach. However, we do have a garage in a building nearby in case you need to park your car or motorbike by night. The rate is 10€ per night.
Although we request credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation, we never charge before you arrive to the hotel, unless we have to apply the following cancellation fees.
Holly week, from June, 15th to September, 15th and Conxemar days
No penalty for cancellations received 7 days before arrival date
Cancellations received between 7 and 3 days before arrival date, will be penalized with one night´s room rate.
Penalty for those cancellations received within the last 3 days before arrival date will be three nights´ room rate.
Other dates
No penalty for cancellations received 3 days before arrival date
Penalty for those cancellations received within the last 2 days before arrival date will be 3 nights´room rate.
In an event of No show, total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card
Our check-in time is from 4 to 8 pm. We would thank you to call or email us for letting us know about your approximate arrival time in case you will arrive before or after this time.
We accept cash, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro & 4B.
We also accept bank a transfer as method of payment (before the date of departure).
We do not accept cheques.
We offer special rates for companies depending on the number of room nights. If you will regularly stay at the hotel for business, please, contact us in case you want us to send you a proposal .
Given the specific characteristics of the house, we do not have a lift to the 1st and 2nd floor where our rooms are located. We apologise for the inconvenience.
We can arrange an airport transfer for you from Vigo Airport (Peinador) to the hotel. The price is 35€. Do not hesitate contacting us for further information or in case you need a transfer from/ to a different place.
Although we would love to say we do, the specific characteristics of the hotel, specially the wooden floors, do not allow us to accept pets. We apologise for the inconvenience.
